This website has no contact form and no user registration, so it does not collect personal data automatically.

If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we process only the data you provide (name, phone or email and the content of your enquiry) in order to handle and answer your request.

The legal basis is your consent when contacting us and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Articles 6.1.a and 6.1.f of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR). The use of non-technical cookies is based exclusively on your consent.

4. Retention

Data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and thereafter for any legally required periods. It is then securely deleted.
